Do Secretlab chairs come with a warranty?
Yes, all Secretlab chairs come with a 3-year limited warranty, which can be extended to 5 years through our Extended Warranty Program. This covers all functional parts of the chair.
What is your return policy for EU customers?
We offer a 49-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product in its original packaging and condition for a refund, subject to return shipping fees.
