Our dedicated support team is here to ensure a smooth transition should you decide to return or exchange your ergonomic furniture.

Return Process

  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team through the official Help Center with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

  Prepare the Package

  Disassemble your product carefully and place it back into its original packaging, ensuring all components and tools are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to the box and drop it off at an authorized courier location; please note that return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Verification and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
